The Prince Edward County Tourism Ambassador Program will host another C-TAT session on Wednesday May 26th – 9 am to 3 pm. $25.00 pp.

This one-day session will cover the following:

Acknowledging the Customer and Improving Your Skills
Communication Basics - Telephone Skills
Angry Customers
Knowing Your Product
Employer Expectations
Tools for Knowing The County

Part 2 - County Awareness Training
This session will be a blast and you will learn a lot about the County so you can tell our Visitors. There will be prizes too! Prepare for this session by reading “The County Driving Tour”, which is comprised of 3 different tours and detailed descriptions of various points of interest along the route. This is a great workshop for teenagers just entering the workforce as well as people currently working but want to refresh their knowledge and passion for offering exceptional service!
