What a busy place PELC is today! Over 20 people are scurrying about, getting ready for our annual Thanksgiving Lunch that we have with Loyola Learning Centre. Last year, we fed over 40 people! Students and staff from both organizations come together to cook three turkeys, giant pots of potatoes, big trays of dressing, vats of gravy, and enough desserts to open a bakery! It's a wonderful day, where everyone works together to prepare a fabulous meal. We're all so thankful for our many blessings.
